Client acknowledges that the electronic communication network is, due to
unpredictable traffic congestion and other reasons, an inherently unreliable medium of communication and
that such unreliability is beyond the Company control. Client acknowledges that, as a result of such
unreliability, there maybe delays in the transmission and receipt of instructions and other information
and that this may result in delays in the execution of instructions and/or the execution of instructions
at prices different from those prevailing at the time the instructions were given, and/or non-execution
of instructions.
The price of securities can and does fluctuate, and any individual security may
experience upward or downward movements, and may even become valueless. There is an inherent risk that
losses maybe incurred rather than profits made as a result of buying and selling securities.
